Series 011
Internal gear slewing bearing
The pinion sits inside the ring. On an excavator that means the teeth are protected by the machine frame instead of exposed to whatever the bucket throws.

Structure
What the structure gives you
Teeth are cut on the bore of the inner ring, so the drive pinion is enclosed by the structure. Debris and impact cannot reach the mesh, and the ring is more compact for the same outer diameter.
- Pinion protected inside the frame
- Compact envelope for the same outer diameter
- Teeth hardened separately from the raceway
- Pinion supplied as a matched pair on request
- Available on all three structures
Typical equipment
Excavator swing circles, truck cranes, slewing platforms and any machine where the drive must be shielded.
Options you can add
- Matched pinion with contact pattern checked
- Grease bath or grease nipple lubrication
- Split ring
- Reduced backlash for positioning

Outside diameter, bore, mounting holes, gear module and the load case are enough for a quote. If you are replacing an existing ring, the old part number also works.
