Slew rings and drives for construction machinery
Excavator swing circles see shock load every cycle. Cranes see tilting moment that grows with the boom radius. Aerial platforms need section height more than raw capacity. Same family, three different designs.

Excavator swing circle
The upper structure rotates dozens of times a minute under impact. We quote rings with hardened raceways and check clearance against the shock case rather than the static load only.
- Internal gear ring, pinion protected inside the frame
- Induction hardened raceway with soft zone placed clear of the loaded arc
- Shock-load clearance check, not just static rating
Truck crane and marine crane
Tilting moment dominates here: the ring carries the boom weight at a radius that changes with every working position. Three-row roller structures become the default once capacity climbs.
- External gear four-point contact for smaller cranes
- Three-row roller for high tilting moment
- Marine paint system and stainless hardware on request
Aerial work platform
Section height and weight matter more than raw capacity. Four-point contact ball rings keep the turntable compact while carrying the platform’s tilting moment.
Send the machine model and duty cycle
Even the machine model alone is often enough for us to identify the original ring and propose an equivalent.
