What to include
- Drawing — PDF, DWG or STEP, or the key dimensions of the existing part
- Quantity for the first order and expected annual volume
- Application and duty cycle — what it moves, and how often
- Load data — axial, radial, tilting moment, or the machine model it replaces
- Motion — rotation angle, speed, control method
- Environment — indoor, outdoor, coastal, wash-down, temperature range
- Destination port and required Incoterm
- Standards or certificates you must comply with

Technical quotation within one working day for standard rings and drives. Custom and reverse-engineered parts may take two working days if a 3D model has to be rebuilt.
