Response time
Technical quotation within one working day for standard rings and drives. Custom parts may take two working days where a 3D model has to be rebuilt.
Before you write
Most delays in a quotation come from four missing facts. Including them shortens the loop considerably:
- The load case — axial, radial and tilting moment, or the machine model
- The motion — rotation angle, speed and control method
- The environment — indoor, outdoor, coastal, wash-down, temperature
- The interface — motor drawing, flange and shaft dimensions
