Series 011
Flanged slewing bearing
An integral flange replaces the adapter plate: one part fewer, one joint fewer, and a shorter stack height.

Technical data
Specification range
| Parameter | Range | Remarks |
|---|---|---|
| Outside diameter | 200 – 2,500 mm | Larger on request |
| Section height | as low as 40 mm | Flange type dependent |
| Flange | Integral, machined | Tapped or through holes |
| Structure | Four-point contact / crossed roller | |
| Runout | to 0.05 mm | On the flange face |
| Sealing | Double-lip NBR |

Structure
What the structure gives you
The flange is machined into the ring itself, so the bearing bolts straight to the structure. Removing the adapter plate removes a machining operation, a set of bolts and a source of misalignment.
- No adapter plate: fewer parts and a shorter stack
- Flange machined in the same setup as the raceway
- Better runout than a bolted adapter
- Direct bolt-on to the structure
- Light series available for turntables
Typical equipment
Turntables, robotic bases, packaging machinery, stage equipment and instruments where stack height is constrained.
Options you can add
- Custom hole pattern
- Tapped holes with helicoils
- Hard anodised or painted flange
- Integrated gear on the flange diameter

Outside diameter, bore, mounting holes, gear module and the load case are enough for a quote. If you are replacing an existing ring, the old part number also works.
