Structure
What the structure gives you
The gear is cut on the outer ring, so the pinion can sit anywhere on the perimeter. That makes the ring easy to retrofit onto existing structures and easy to service, at the cost of exposing the mesh.
- Pinion position is free: easy to fit around an existing frame
- Simple to service and to re-tension
- Available on every structure in the range
- Hardened teeth with a measured backlash
- Pinion guard available
Typical equipment
Solar trackers, turntables, cranes, stage machinery and any application where the drive motor must sit outside the ring.
Options you can add
- Pinion with matching backlash
- Pinion guard
- Lubrication brush or spray system
- Hardened teeth for high cycle counts

Outside diameter, bore, mounting holes, gear module and the load case are enough for a quote. If you are replacing an existing ring, the old part number also works.
