Structure

What the structure gives you

A second worm stage multiplies the ratio without growing the ring diameter, and it divides the load between two meshes. The result is finer resolution and less wind-up under load.

  • Higher ratio in the same envelope
  • Finer positioning resolution
  • Load shared between two meshes
  • Reduced wind-up under torque
  • Measured backlash at the output

Typical equipment

Tracking and positioning where resolution dominates: concentrated solar, antenna pointing, precision positioners.

Options you can add

  • Servo flange with zero-backlash coupling
  • Absolute encoder at the output
  • Low-backlash lapping
  • IP66 for exposed installations

Outside diameter, bore, mounting holes, gear module and the load case are enough for a quote. If you are replacing an existing ring, the old part number also works.
