What we collect

When you email us or submit an enquiry we receive your name, company, email address, country and whatever technical documents you attach. We use this only to prepare and follow up a quotation.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years, and order records for as long as required by tax and customs rules in the destination country.

Who sees it

Our sales and engineering staff, and the forwarder or inspection body required to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent contact data.

Cookies

This website sets only the cookies required for it to work, plus aggregate visitor statistics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
