1. Check whether the connecting rod shoe, connecting rod bushing and spindle SKF bearing are worn, pulled or burned out, whether the connecting rod bolt is loose, and whether the main oil passage of the air compressor is dredged; It is advocated to replace the bearing bush, bushing, spindle bush and SKF bearing with severe wear or strain, tighten the bolt of connecting rod (torque specification 35-40N.m), and aim the oil inlet hole of the air compressor with the compressed air hole; Gas dredge the main oil channel. When reassembling, attention should be paid to the spindle bearing.

2.Check whether the main and forced pulley grooves are common, please replace them if they are not common, and adjust the belt tightness (press down the belt with the thumb, and the belt interval should be 10 mm).

3. Check whether the lubricating oil inlet pressure and the oil pipeline are damaged or blocked. 4. Check whether the fixed SKF bearing bolt of the air compressor is loose and tighten it.

5. The geared air compressor should also check whether the gear is loose or the cooperation status of the gear device and the cooperation status of the SKF bearing gap. If the nut is loose, tighten the nut, and the cooperation problem should be replaced.
