Causes of bearing temperature rise
Bearing cooling water interruption, oil deterioration, oil itself is not clean or oil deterioration in operation, such as the increase in water in the oil will cause the increase in acidity of the oil, will reduce the lubrication effect of the oil, so that the bearing bushing is corroded, resulting in the rise in bearing temperature.

Phenomenon
1. The alarm bell rings, the light plate of the mechanical fault of the water wheel on the side panel lights up, the temperature of the instrument indicating the bearing temperature rises, and the signal relay acts.
2. Thermometer disc (expansion thermometer) black needle and yellow needle overlap or more than the yellow needle.Send a fault signal of rising bearing temperature.
Method
1. Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system are normal.If the water is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be treated in time, it can be stopped for processing. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use again.
2. The oil pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, it may lead to the closure of the cooling water hydraulic valve.
3. Check whether the bearing has abnormal sound and detect whether the swing of the bearing is abnormal.
4. Take the oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and conduct test to see whether it is deteriorated.If the deterioration is confirmed, the machine should stop and replace the new oil.
5. Check whether the oil level is normal or not. If not, check whether the drain valve of the oil tank is closed.If it is closed, it should be filled with oil. If it is oil seepage of sealant pad, it should be stopped for processing.
