The maintenance of cylindrical roller bearings should pay attention to the following two aspects:
1. Disassembly: to disassemble the interference fit outer ring of the outer ring, set several screws for extruding the screw of the outer ring on the circumference of the shell in advance. Tighten the screw equally at the same time and disassemble at the same time. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, tapered roller bearings, etc. Separate bearings. Several notches are set on the shoulder of the enclosure, which are removed by a pad, by a press, or by gentle tapping.
The disassembly of the inner ring can be pulled out with a press. At this point, pay attention to let the inner ring bear its pull force. Furthermore, it is necessary to consider the size of the shaft shoulder retaining, or study the processing of the upper groove at the shoulder retaining, so as to use the drawing fixture. The inner ring of large bearing is disassembled by oil pressure method. The oil pressure is arranged in the oil hole of the bearing to make it easy to pull. The inner ring of cylindrical roller bearings can be disassembled by induction heating. In a short time to heat the local, so that the inner ring expansion after the drawing method.
2.Temperature: high temperature often indicates that cylindrical roller bearings have been in abnormal conditions. High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of bearings. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearing. If the temperature of the bearing exceeds 125℃ for a long time, the life of the bearing will be reduced. The reasons for high temperature bearings include: insufficient lubrication or too much lubrication, impurities in the bearing raceway, excessive limit speed, long-term overload operation of the bearing, etc.
