What is self-aligning ball bearing

1. When cleaning a large number of automatic self-aligning ball bearings, first use hot oil at the temperature of 90 ~ 100℃ to melt the package oil, at the same time use seamless and non-falling tools to dig out all the old oil, then hot for a few minutes, and then wash the oil with kerosene, and finally clean it again with gasoline.After cleaning, the automatic self-aligning ball bearing should be put on the film gloves to dry on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench.
2. Before automatic self-aligning ball bearings are installed, the machining quality such as dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy and surface roughness of the shaft and seat holes and related parts should be checked with appropriate measuring tools according to the technical requirements on the design drawings.
3. Open the automatic self-aligning ball bearing package before installation, dip it into the gasoline and other liquids and turn it gently by hand, to ensure that the cage, rolling body and raceway surface of the package oil is thoroughly cleaned.
4. The surface of the assembly should be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene and other solutions, and dried with a clean cloth, and then coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil, so that the installation and operation are more convenient.
5. Note that automatic self-aligning ball bearings with seals can not be cleaned by this method, and the inside of the seal should be kept as it is.
