2. Control of nominal height T of bearing after assembly. After assembling the thrust ball bearing, the nominal height T shall be measured to confirm whether it is qualified. When measuring, calibrate with height block or standard parts, and measure the load. The bearing needs to rotate for dozens of times, and must reach the minimum height.
3. Prevent mixed assembly of imported bearing parts. The size difference between the small thrust ball bearing ring and the inner diameter of the shaft ring is very small, and there is no obvious difference between the two sleeves. In order to prevent the phenomenon of mixing, that is, a set of bearings installed into the two are found to be seat rings or shaft rings. This requires certain measures. Usually with the aid of auxiliary tooling will draw ring, seat group to be distinguished, or in the nominal height of sampling with the inside diameter gauge check the inside diameter size, in order to check the inside diameter convenient, the seat ring is placed below, the shaft ring is placed above. If the inner diameter of the seat ring has obvious quenching, heating and oxidation color or does not go through grinding, it is not necessary to check the inner diameter size, and the difference between the shaft ring and the seat ring can be clearly seen, and it is not easy to mix.
